We were approached by a team from a renowned chiropractic chain to build their new clinic in Toronto. After inspecting the shell space and having in-depth discussions about their design expectations and operational needs, we prepared the architectural drawings and secured the necessary construction permits. The project involved structural framing, finishing, installing a new electrical panel, and mechanical rough-ins to provide power, HVAC, and water access in designated rooms.
